CVRD Moving Toward Regional Study

On Friday December 21, 2007 Three Point Properties submitted an updated Rezoning Application and Bamberton Design Brief to the Cowichan Valley Regional District. These documents resulted from the four CVRD sponsored open houses held in the Spring of 2007 as well as the recent open house hosted by Three Point Properties on November 20, 2007.

Public Notice

Three Point Properties will be clearing timber within the right of way of our high voltage power lines in order to mitigate for a forest fire risk. This timber has not been cleared in over ten years and currently poses a risk where the branches are coming in contact with the powerlines. The work will start the first week of August and is expected to be completed within two to three weeks. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our site office at:
