Regional Impact Study Results Pending

The CVRD awarded Trillium Consulting with the contract to undertake a Regional Impact Study on the possible positive and/or negative impacts from the Bamberton rezoning application. The study was awarded in June 2008. Results are expected back to the CVRD Board prior to the end of the calendar year. Once the Board receives the impact study, CVRD staff will compile a staff report commenting on the study and the rezoning application. It is anticipated that the report will come to the newly elected Board early in 2009 at which point the Board will consider first and second reading.
